Our bodies need food, but when we eat is also important. My friend Javier told me, "Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper. " This is a Spanish saying he learned as a child. In Spain, lunch is the biggest meal, and dinner is light. In the UK and US, dinner is bigger than lunch. But new science, called chrononutrition, says we should eat at the right times. Eating well is about what and when we eat. This helps us stay healthy and not get sick.
